-Hybrid Electrical/Optical Cable Winch


Overview:

The hybrid electrical/optional cable winch consists of traction winch, cable storage winch, spooling device, power driven device, local and remote control console, etc. The speed and direction of the cable can be controlled from the console during the launch and recovery. Also there is real-time display of pull speed, cable length and tension, etc. Armoured cable, slip ring and termination by customized requirement.

Main Functions:

Supply of power, communication, control, launch & recovery for video grab, acoustic towed abject, ROV and some detection devices.

Technical Specification:

1.Driven mode: Electro-hydraulic or electric VFD.

2.Structure/Arrangement: Distributed cabin arrangement or integrated container arrangement.

3.SWL:≤15T.

4.Drum capacity: Length 200 to 12000m, usually using the armoured hybrid electrical/optical cable with 17.3mm or 21.21mm diameter.

-Hydrographic Winch


Overview:

The hydrographic winch consists of traction winch, cable/wire storage winch, spooling device, local and remote control console, etc. The speed and direction of the cable can be controlled from the console during the launching and recovery. Also there is real-time display of pull speed, cable length and tension, etc. Armoured cable, slip ring and termination by customized requirement.

Main function:

Launch & recovery of ocean investigation device(Sonar, CTD, sampling device, etc)

Technical Specification:

1.Driven mode: Electro-hydraulic or electric VFD.

2.Straight pull or traction structures. Traction structure usually for armoured cable.

3.Distributed structure or integrated mobile mounting structure. The winch can be mounted either on deck or in the cabin.

4.Speed-load: 6t@55m/min, 2t@110m/min(customized).

5.Drum capacity: Armoured cable and steel cable of length 100 to 10000m, diameter 6 ~ 12mm.

-Towing winch


Overview:

The towing winch consist of cable/wire storage winch, spooling device, local and remote control console, etc. The speed and direction of the cable can be controlled from the console. Also there is real-time display of pull speed, cable length an tension, etc.

Main function:

Launch, recovery and towing operation for the underwater detector.

Technical Specification:

1.Driven mode: Electro-hydraulic or electric VFD.

2.Structure/arrangement: Integrated mobile mounting arrangement, spooling device, cable storage drum, electric cabinet, local control are all integrated into one frame. The winch, usually with straight pull structure, can be mounted either on deck or in the cabin.

3.Speed-load: 4t@55m/min, 2t@110m/min(customized)

Overview:

Main Function:

Launch & recovery of underwater investigation devices(Sonar, magnetometer, UAC Set, sampler, etc)

-Remote Control Special Towing Winch

Overview:

The remote control special towing winch consists of traction winch, cable storage winch, spooling device, local and remote control console, storage battery, etc. The speed and direction of the cable can be controlled from the console during the launch and recovery. Also there is real-time display of pull speed, cable length and tension, etc.

Main function:

Launch, recovery and towing of USV or other remote control operations.
